The Microtrac™ Automated Sample Delivery Controller (SDC) increases the accuracy and consistency of your particle-sizing operation in three ways:

• The automated filling, de-aerating, pre-circulating, and circulating operation means each sample is handled consistently, to improve the repeatability and linearity of the results.
• The in-line ultrasonic probe disperses agglomerated particles more effectively than the ultrasonic baths used by most competitive instruments.
• Delivers WET suspensions and/or optional Dry powders with ease and speed while taking up little valuable lab counter space (footprint).

The SDC speeds up your operation by automating sampling in all types of suspending liquids. You get easy "onebutton" system software, plus other advantages like:

• Versatility- Program up to 100 sets of conditions for fill, disperse, measure, rinse, and run operations.
• Connectivity- Simply connect to a water or solvent source. The recirculator fills, de-aerates, auto-dilutes, and pre-circulates automatically-just add the sample.
• Durability- Non-corrosive surfaces. All wetted surfaces are made from non-corrosive materials: stainless steel, Glass, Titanium, and Teflon*.
• Ease of Use

The SDC saves you valuable time. All you need to do is introduce the sample, and the SDC takes care of the rest.

The sample is discarded automatically, keeping your measurement cycles moving. The SDC can be used with the optional Microtrac Autosampler for fully automated applications.

SDC system features:
Complete system. The SDC includes built-in ultrasonic probe, water/solvent connections, and port for computer connection.
Simplified sample processing. The SDC automatically performs filling, de-aeration, dilution, precirculating, dispersing, measuring, draining, rinsing, and ultrasonification tasks.
Solvent compatibility. Microtrac systems operates with all standard solvents. It easily connects to water supply line, solvent source, or reservoir.
Optional preset defaults. The optional automated sample delivery system incorporates preset defaults to further streamline your sampling operations.
