Business day operated turnaround times are from the day samples are received.
Data are normally provided as Adobe pdf files to allow fastest possible delivery. Data also can be sent using FAX, or by US Mail for hard copies. FedX shipment of data is available at $25.00 fee.
Samples will be retained for 60 days and then returned or discarded depending upon safe handling requirements. At your request, samples may be returned (shipping charges will be applied to invoice).
All information concerning information about your sample and data are kept in strictest confidence. However, if you wish, you may provide a confidentiality agreement to be signed by our laboratory.
In order to submit a sample:
- Submit your request information online.
- Be sure to attach the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) to the Sample - Samples without an MSDS will be returned.
- Mail your sample to the below address.
