Particle Analysis for the chemical industry on display at ACS Indy.
Microtrac, the global pioneer of particle characterization will be displaying a complete line of particle analysis instrumentation ideal for the chemical industry at the 246th ACS National Meeting and Exposition taking place in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Commonly referred to as ACS Indy, the event’s theme is “Chemistry in Motion,” and will showcase research efforts and future technologies that will shape the transportation industry for years to come. The exhibition runs from September 8th until September 10th.
Located at booth 311, Microtrac will be displaying the following particle analysis instruments:
Nanotrac Flex – The Nanotrac Flex is a Dynamic Light Scattering instrument that can measure particles ranging in size from 0.8 to 6500 nanometers. Equipped with unique probe technology, the Nanotrac Flex can be dipped into material containers, which can greatly reduce costly sample prep errors.
Nanotrac Wave – The Nanotrac Wave is a Dynamic Light Scattering instrument that can measure Particle Size, Zeta Potential, and Molecular Weight in one bench top unit. The Nanotrac Wave can measure particles ranging in size from 0.8 to 6500 nanometers and Zeta Potential from ± 200 mV.
S3500Si – The S3500Si is a Laser Diffraction Image Analysis hybrid instrument. The S3500Si is able to measure particles ranging in size from 0.2 to 2800 microns and can provide image analysis on particles ranging in size from 1 to 1000 microns.
Bluewave – The Bluewave is a Laser Diffraction Particle Size Analyzer that can measure particles ranging in size from 0.1 to 2800 microns. The Bluewave is the first laser diffraction analyzer to use blue lasers, which greatly improves the accuracy and precision of the measurement. Enhanced with a Modified Mie calculation, the Bluewave has the ability to measure particles that other analyzers struggle to accurately characterize.
