Stability & Shelf-Life Giveaway Stop watching vials. Win a TURBISCAN LAB.

Tell us about the dispersion you are trying to stabilize. One U.S. laboratory will receive a TURBISCAN LAB stability analyzer — the world reference for measuring physical stability and predicting shelf life without dilution, without mechanical stress, and up to 1,000× faster than visual observation.

  • PRIZE: 1 x TURBISCAN LAB
  • ENTRY CLOSES: October 16, 2026
  • ELIGIBILITY: U.S. only, 18+

Your Formulation Already Has a Stability Grade. You Just Can’t See It Yet.

The TURBISCAN Stability Index (TSI) turns weeks of visual observation into one comparable, reproducible number calculated in a single click.

The TSI is the cumulative sum of every backscattering and transmission variation across the full sample height. The higher the value, the less stable the sample.

What the Instrument Does Real Stability Data From the Sample You Actually Make

Most emulsions, suspensions, and slurries are too concentrated to analyze as-is, so conventional methods dilute them or shear them – and measure something you never ship. Static Multiple Light Scattering (SMLS) sends near-infrared light straight into the native sample and reads transmission and backscattering over the full vial height, over time.

No Dilution Up to 95% Concentration

Measure the formulation in its native state. No dilution, no mechanical stress, no sample preparation artifacts – and the 2–20 mL sample is fully recoverable afterward.

Up to 1,000× Faster Weeks of Storage, Compressed

Detect creaming, sedimentation, flocculation, and coalescence long before they are visible. Raise the cell to 60 °C to accelerate aging, or hold at real storage temperature.

One Click Rank Formulations Objectively

TURBISOFT calculates the TSI, migration rate, particle size evolution, and phase separation thickness. User-independent numbers replace pass / fail eyeball calls.

MICROTRAC TURBISCAN LAB Giveaway – United States Official Rules

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

This giveaway is sponsored by MICROTRAC, a VERDER company ("MICROTRAC", "we", "us"). This promotion is not administered by, sponsored by, or associated with any social media platform.

Entries are accepted from September 1, 2026 at 12:00:01 a.m. ET through October 16, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET. Entries submitted outside this window will not be considered. Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper.

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry, and who are employed by, or affiliated with, a laboratory or organization located in the United States. The prize will only be shipped to a U.S. business, institutional, or laboratory address. Residential addresses are not eligible.

Employees, officers, and directors of MICROTRAC, VERDER SCIENTIFIC, the VERDER Group, their affiliates, distributors, and advertising or promotional agencies, and the immediate family members and household members of each, are not eligible.

Complete all required fields on this page during the entry period. All questions marked required must be answered. Limit one entry per person and one entry per organization site. Duplicate, incomplete, automated, or falsified entries will be disqualified. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

One (1) grand prize: a TURBISCAN LAB stability analyzer by MICROTRAC, including standard vials, calibration standards, and a TURBISOFT LAB software license.

The prize does not include installation, application training, IT hardware, consumables beyond the starter set, extended warranty, on-site service, custom adapters, TURBISIZE software, or any accessory not expressly listed above. Any costs not specified are the winner’s responsibility.

One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about October 20, 2026. Answers to the application questions are not scored and do not affect the odds. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The winner will be notified at the email address and phone number provided, within five (5) business days of the drawing. The winner must respond and return a signed affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where lawful) publicity release within ten (10) business days. If the winner cannot be reached, declines, is ineligible, or fails to return documents on time, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn.

All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Because the value of the prize exceeds $600, the winner must supply a valid U.S. taxpayer identification number and will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC. Failure to supply the required tax information will result in forfeiture.

The winner is solely responsible for confirming that acceptance of the prize complies with the policies of their employer, university, or agency, and with all applicable laws governing gifts to public employees and government personnel. If the winner’s organization does not permit acceptance, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn. Sponsor may require written confirmation from the organization before shipping.

The prize is awarded as-is, is not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The prize is a single unit shipped to one U.S. address.
